Weekly Question – Best Robin 04/21/16
Robin is awesome. He was created so kids who were too young to pretend to be Batman could pretend to be the Boy Wonder. A similar origin to that of the Caped Crusader himself, many people have doned the mantle of Robin, even transitioning to other roles such as Red Robin, Nightwing, the Red Hood among others. There have even been a few ladies to wear the red, green and yellow, such a this iconic image of Carrie Kelly.
While he has not been represented in movies very well in the past, another iconic portrayl of Robin was from the classic 60’s Batman TV show.
Lastly, though, not to tip my hand, my choice for Best Robin is NOT going to be the Teen Titans GO version, but I wanted to include this awesome gif!
So our question to you, dear listener, what is the best interpretation of Robin? The best person to be Robin? The best Robin story? Whatever!

We’ll compile up all the answers and talk about them on next week’s show!
I grew up a huge Tim Drake fan, but Damien Wayne has stole the show in recent years. I dig his attitude & pet collection.
Burt Ward
Dick Grayson is my favorite character to be Robin but I’ve only enjoyed him as Nightwing or Batman.
The original Teen Titans cartoon Robin and Damien Wayne have been my favorite Robins to watch/read though.
My favorite Robin is easily Tim Drake, as I started reading Batman comics right around the time of Jason Todd dying and Tim was my Robin. However, despite all that, if you wanna get weird, I also really enjoy the Protector. (And bonus points if you even know who that is and why he relates to Robin).
