Weekly Question Summer Movie Season 04/23/15
Taking a break from the tournament because it’s the summer movie season! Some would argue it began with Fast 7, Todd would have you believe it began with Paul Blart Mall Cop 2 but it was Spider-Man 2 back in 2004 that moved the official start of the summer to the first weekend of May. And no bigger movie to kick off the summer than Avengers: Age of Ultron.
Now, we in the USA are getting this next week, but pretty much everyone else around the world has already seen Avengers 2 so be wary of spoilers! I do have an opposite end of the spectrum choice, one that may sneak up on you, but not tipping my hand, it’s almost a dead heat between these two films:
The other movie that I have no choice but to be “excited” for is the one the Man will be attending and since he is only 3 and 1/2, I have no choice but to see this one:
So our question to you, dear listener, is what movie coming out in theaters this summer are you most excited for? You can leave a comment here or, if you can get your point across in 140 characters or less, you can tweet your choice. Just don’t forget the hashtag #LBHQuery so I can track them down easier and we’ll go from there!
Next week, we begin round six of the tournament back to DC!
Mad Max. cuz, George Miller, duh, Love and Mercy, because I love The Beach Boys, Trainwreck Because I love Amy Amy Schumer, Ricki and the Flash Might be good,
Jonathan Demme directing and script byDiablo Cody, I got figures crossed for The Man From U.N.C.L.E. , Mr. Holmes, hopefully, and something I think you might wanna see, Beyond the Brick: A LEGO Brickumentary
agreed about Mad Max. Really fun looking movie! But I’m also exited, beyond the obvious Avengers, for Ant Man.
It’s pretty impossible to read the post responses here… white characters on a light gray background.
