At this point, Suicide Squad in name, had been out of circulation for 18 years. They still popped up here and there, sometimes called the safer ‘Task Force X.’ Secret Six certainly felt like the spiritual successor to that legacy, and now thanks to the Blackest Night event, it’s the full blessing.
